I must say this kid doesn't have much to look forward to but a long time in prison. Probably wishes he wasn't so messed up, I have to wonder where he learned this from.

Has anyone taken into consideration that this person is mentally ill? And shame on the Telegram for printing that disgusting headline. I understand it could be described as news, but from reading the article you understand it happened over a year ago and the DA isn't pressing charges on the dog issue. So, why put that in the headline? The real crime was committed against a child. When locals put 2 and 2 together they know who you are talking about. Therefore, the victims and family are continuing to relive the tragedy 1 year later. Shame on the Telegram.

It said he is pressing charges on the dog thing. Just not animal cruelty. It's a sexual misconduct charge.

I agree that the paper is taking advantage of "hot news" by printing a story about a man who has myriad mental health issues. The original victims are now being revictimized. Obviously if this man was found not comptent to stand trial than he is with mentally ill or has a developmental disorder of some variety. The paper put the headline to grab attention and sell the papers. It is shameful and unfortunately shows just how little common sense and decency are left.

What a sick bastard!!! Child and animal cruelty. He will never make it in prison when his fellow convicts find out about his past. Maybe some of the Correctional Officers' who contribute to this fourm are more well aquainted with rhe issue.

Some people are just no good. Why do you assume he learned it from someone else. Some people are simply evil.

Well I wondered the same thing about Ortloff. What goes around comes around. Children learn from their parents /caretakers and it's not always a good thing, ask anyone who works for social service they see it all the time.

You are right on that for sure. Social service is a thankless job and they see a lot of bad stuff. Here in Florida they are a bunch of fck ups. They don't do enough for these kids and there are a dozen cases where these babies have died at the hands of the mon and dad. Onr worker falsified a report visited a house where abuse had been reported and all was OK. What the dumb bitch did not know was that the poor little boy was beaten to death a few days earler and dumped like garbage at the side of the road. They arrested her and she only got probation. Well, she is responsible for the dfeath of the baby and will burn in hell for it.
