The County only pay 5% to the employees for their earnings. Yes the market is down now but u mean that havent earned a lot more than this over the past zillion years?

I sincerely hope the pension plan has gained value as stated in the article. Employees must contribute 9% of their pay to this mandatory retirement plan, yet the Pension Board has yet to provide statements to County employees regarding the value of the employee's individual plan. It's June and still no statements!
