Carol Murphy of New Sharon Maine is now going to file her cases against the state of Maine in the Mass court system. One suit was filed on Feb 1, 2010. She is naming John Baldacci, G. Steven Rowe, Mark Randlett, Seth Bradstreet, III, Norma Worley, Christine Fraser, Rae-Ann Malcom, Christine Foster, Marilyn Stavros, Kathryn Jones, Michael Grovo, Jody Thomas, Jean Harmon, Robert Libby, Clifford Emery, David Collomy, Linda W. Pulsoni, Steven J. McAliffe, James R. Muirhead, Brooke Jones, Sam Tlumac, Amy Bouchard, Rae-Ann Demos and Chrissy Perry Case Number: 1:2010cv10147. She is demanding a jury. Her cause of action is Civil Rights-Prisoner Civil Rights. I wonder when the judge will bring in the shrink to evaluate her. She just keeps costing the taxpayers more money every time the court tells her to pay her fines or obey orders. Anyone else would have been thrown in jail a long time ago. Must be nice to lounge around jail all day and cry poverty. One of the victims of her first suit is the judge.
