I think that the task force is doing a great job but as stated in this article, it is a lucretive business and for every one shut down, there are two waiting to take the job.....yes, they shut some down but to presume that there was nothing to be gotten while they were out of action was dead wrong.....there is still unfortunatly plenty out here to be got. However, keep up the good work! I hope they ALL do some serious jail time. Hopefully all these guys that are still out on the streets will get a little nervous.

This story is a JOKE. How can it be called this a Major drug bust, and these small time local dealers a major drug ring. If they had found multiple kilos, or a large source or supplier. They did not even find enough drugs to maintain the habit of 1 user for a week. I wonder how much money was wasted on this stupid investigation. Why is this story being billed as the bust of a major drug syndicate. It is some small time user/dealers. Find some real dealers, or some politicians that are stealing from us all. Why is the paper not pointing this out

WOW...FINIALLY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT...I put that in bold...THANK YOU MARK....For being the only smart one out there...
I have a 4 year old son with Mr. Mcgirt (PR) and for the law enforcement to be calling thi a huge drug bus, is pretty funny to me.. There are bigger people than him in Pittsfield and all the other places he was. I can only imagine how much money was wasted on this whole PATHETIC investigation. I have no problem saying that yes they caught and what they were doing was wrong. But its funny when he went to apply for jobs how they always seemed to turn him away. It is almost impossible to get a job when your a convicted felon, i dont know what it is about the Berkshires and surrounding areas, but YES the DISCRIMINATE. Maybe if someone would have given him the chance this never would have happened. But no one thinks of things liek that. These WHITE officals are on a power trip and its disgusting. And i may add that I am also WHITE.
Please people give it a brake.
Urrrrr I have so much to say but I will stop before I offend anyone.
Thanks

If you look like an idiot talk like an idiot and dress like an idiot then what do you think people will think? Like it or not you are judged by the way you look.

police are not newspaper editors. papers want headlines and use words that will make people buy papers. if you think the police consider this guy a kingpin your out of your mind.
