Hostage family may have had 2nd home

Raymond Daniel Thurmond remains in jail, and police remain busy checking the past of the North Georgia man they believe held his wife and four children hostage in a mobile home for nearly three years.

Interesting that the wife only got angry enough to "bust out" of her prison when he said he was leaving her for another woman. She probably will refuse to testify against him. She is just as responseible as him for the neglect of her children. All she had to do was
break a window if she had any real concern for her children

I think you're absolutely correct. Why did she wait so long to report him? If she was so concern about herself and her children she wouldn't of waited so long to report the abuse that was going on in her home. She's just as responsible as him, her jealousness is what brought all of this to a head and I think she should be accountable for the abuse as well. I've been through an abusive relationship before and you don't wait this long to report abuse on your children you try your hardest to get out of it.

She is just as responsible as he is. Those children have suffered enough. I was a child like that and its about time somebody stands up for kids who are abused undernourished and beaten down. She is as sick as he is and thats not a plea either some people only think about their wants she's greedy and stupid and needs to have someone tell her just how greedy and stupid she is.
