Whats going on here

Tilton, IL

1. Fountain county has these perverts that babysit children, and molest them.
2. They have a grocery store owner who molest his own children, and uses crack.
3. They have a young adult who exposes himself to young women in the park.
4. People who neglect there children move to covington to avoid the system in other states.
