"QUOTE" (Prosecutors say hospital memos still describe Hayes as becoming easily angered and agitated.)

I wonder how he will react when some of the Family members of the people he Murdered find him. I remember 1 Father in tears saying if he is ever released he would be there waiting. Hopefully no one else will have to die because of him.

If the victims had been related to this panty-waste of a judge, he would never get out. This is TOTALLY UNFAIR to the families of the victims. Shame on the so-called lawers and the judge if Hayes is released.

This man committed murder of innocent people,he is responsible for his own actions ill or not,I say yes let him out of the mental institute and put him in prison.Ask the judge that is going to release him if he wants this guy living next door to him and his family,I doubt not.If this man is truly sorry for his crime we should try to forgive him but he still must pay the price for what he has done.

You are so right "Just Me" I heard them quote that also.
I can not believe that they are going to release him. Lord have mercy on him, because he will need it.

I honestly do not think the Lord will be involved in this one. But he knows someone that will be willing to work it out for him.

You got to be kidding----If it was his child that was killed I would bet he would stay in prison. He cant go back to Forsyth county but its ok for him to go to other counties to kill---whats wrong with that picture?????

This man did not have a mental illness to begin with. I knew they woudl let him out one day. If he is sane now he shoudl have to be sentenced to regular prison the rest of his life. Who was the judge??

Why do you people act surprised? It was just a matter of time before the right "soft hearted idiot judge" comes along and turns him loose! Who's next, Manson?

he should have received the death penalty when he was sentenced to begin with. i heard a report on fox 8 one day last week before the decision was the be made public and they stated it has taken over $10 million to keep him alive all this time.....theres something REALLY wrong with our justice system. that money should have been used for so many other things instead of keeping a murderer alive.

Ok, if he is not insane anymore then he should stand trial for 4 counts of 1st degree murder. We shouldn't have to keep him up for long, when the family of the 16 y/o he killed finds him it will all be over with. Please, please, please pick me for the jury on that one. To michael: you wanted out, well you are getting out. Let's see how long you last before someone sends you to hell. I hope your death is a long slow process and you feel what it is like to suffer.

too bad the victims that he killed cannot be released unconditionally....what kind of message does this send to other evil doers....he's a worthless excuse for a human being and should have had to pay big time for all the pain he caused so many people.....
