...and he'll skip his 2nd, and his 3rd, etc. because this codhead has amassed more lawyers than I've had hot meals.

Soon he'll be calling his bankers in Switzerland so that he may set up housekeeping on some island where the locals can't spell "extradition".

I agree haven't you seen Shaft? I mean really if you have money you're going to use whether it involves paying your employees or skipping out on some court appearance. When he walked out of that jail he had the intention of never stepping back into that place. For him it's Bye jail and hello undiclosed island in the middle of nowhere
