My son and I were on the sidelines of Veterans Memorial Pkwy to watch the body of the soldier returned today. We were there to honor a neighbor and soldier and hero for out city and our country. Little disappointed there were not more people there but the fact remains he arrived and those that were there had tears and respect for him and family.

If those officers that escorted the beloved soldier were the "blue mafia" of nastyville/trashville, they would be severely ticked that they could not arrest him for something.

Thank you for your patriotism and your support. May GOD bless you and keep you safe. The job of a soldier is a thankless one. There are sweet and kind people like you, then there are those who hate us and could care less about us. It is a relief to know someone cares, even if the people here do not.
