High turnover rate at FCSO
Very Concerned

Can anyone explain the high employee turnover rate with the Sheriff's Office? I know many, over 12, persons that used to work for the SO and all of them said that they were forced to resign or fired after being lied about or railroaded with constantly changing and vague SOPs.

Very few had IA investigations to check the truthfulness of the allegations and at least five were warned not to appeal through the Forsyth Civil Service committee or they may face criminal charges.

One made mention of this to the Georgia P.O.S.T.(Peace Officer Standards and Training)council and to an assistant State Attorney General. But, obviously nothing ever was done.
