Interesting this long and Viki Pierce (Victoria)Lumpert is still not in court? What about the crime stoppers alert that went out the night she hit Mr. Brun? Witnesses to the accident.... Maybe living in Poplarvile, MS at a ranch helps but surely not? Where is the remorse for the victim? Surely there are Victim's Rights for the family that lost Mr. Brun?? Thank you

obviously she got away with it w/out any prison time. I know another person convicted of the exact crime and they got 10 years.

So Vickie gets tanked every Thursday night at the Purple Parrot? What a coincidence- Lawrence John Brun was killed at approximately 7 pm on Oct 21, 2010- which fell on a THURSDAY!! It remains to be seen if she got away with a DUI hit and run causing death. Judge Helfrich runs a tight ship when it comes to the 12th Circuit Court.

Victoria Lumpert Killed Mr. Brun and being with a wealthy landowner in Poplarville, Mississippi plus being white has helped this woman enjoy her nice ranch.

We thought racism was past tense in Mississippi? The average Joe Blow in Mississippi would be serving lengthy prison time. This white woman had to be drinking alcohol and you can never tell us that race with wealth does not factor into this case.

This case is not over and Victoria Lumpert has also gone out of her way to alienate a loved one with her manipulation. Maybe a case involving Elder Abuse is on the horizon for Victoria?ju

Forrest County should pull her passport and drivers license immediately just as they have in the past when a black woman was accused. Victoria Lumpert sold her place of business in Hattiesburg so she has no ties to the community. You are correct Kevin this is one cold woman and the way she can manipulate men is amazing! A nice lengthy prison sentence would be more than fair for Victoria Lumpert. After all similar cases have been sentenced to 25 years and you have to serve 85% of your time.

This woman believes being white and living in Poplarville at her nice ranch = freedom. Victoria Lumpert should not forget that she has went out of her way to keep a loved one away that did not drink and drive plus kill a man! Is race involved with drinking?

Victoria Lumpert was on TV in Hattiesburg March 2, 2012 with her newest mug shot. Victoria Lumpert of Poplarville, MS was fully indicted in Forrest County on 2 felonies! DUI causing a death! Remember she left the scene and let Mr. Brun die on the side of the road! No trial date set of yet....

Looks like the above statement was wrong and she still owns her hair salon "Hair Tropics". Hopefully the older gentleman, Mr. Ted Lumpert in Poplarville is watching his $$$$ and his credit line. Victoria likes to shop and sell. There are no watch dogs at that ranch in our opinion only VICTORA LUMPERT! Victoria has had boyfriends or that has been the rumor.

Victoria is watching the ranch so no one can visit with Mr. Luupert in Poplarville. Victoria is a watch dog with the 20 year older gentleman and keeps him as isolated as possible. No phone calls put through to Mr. Lumpert unless you are in law enforcement or possibly an attorney. One cold woman and hopefully she does not turn herself into a black widow! Our opinion but remember again she did leave Mr. Brun to die on the side of the road!

Hopefully she will be sentenced fairly in Forrest County as a black woman. Victoria's wealth and I will always believe being white has helped her enjoy more freedom than other races. Victoria Lumpert has not done one thing for Hattiesburg with all of the wealth she has had at her means. Oh she has shopped, dined and enjoyed a lot of alcoholic beverages. We all thought alcohol was involved and now we have it - DUI!

Hopefully she will have an Elder Abuse charge coming soon for manipulating Mr. Ted Lumpert. Keeping his family away from him. That should really add up with time in prison if you ask us. Victoria Lumpert has gone out of her way to convince a man 20 years older that his family would put him in a nursing home. We know for a fact that would never happen but she is good at manipulating.

Now Victoria Lumpert has been indicted with two felonies and is with an older gentleman still enjoying her nice meals. Hopefully she is making some good meals for Mr. Lumpert instead of doing all of her running around the streets. Drinking and driving is a big NO!!!!!! A wealthy white woman in Poplarville finally and I say finally got indicted for two felonies Thank you MBI for an excellent job!
