At the Monday, July 28 Human Service Center Mental Health Committee meeting, Charles Rayala called the HSC clients "retards and misfits" in regards to those with developmental and mental illnesses. Is it only me or is this totally unacceptable for a board member serving on a mental health committee? Mr. Rayala's address and phone number are public record, you can find it doing an internet search. Perhaps others can also tell him that you think this comment was inappropriate and insensitive. Or in any case, know what type of mindset is serving your tri-county area.
