Did the forum include the topic of transients and sex offenders that sleep along the railroad tracks just east of the Belmont bridge?

I live in Belmont and my #1 concern is traffic enforcement. It's like the cops don't even pretend Belmont neighborhood streets exist anymore. I've seen people parked across sidewalks, cars abandoned on the street that sit there for years and people going upwards of 50 MPH on a small residential street. It's insane.

The women there need to braid their leg hair or shave it. It makes the area look bad!
