JOHNSON ROLLING ACRES dairy loafing barn as it exists today. The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency seeks comments on an Environmental Assessment Worksheet prepared for Johnson's Rolling Acres proposed dairy expansion in Fillmore County.

How will our water supply be monitered and who do we report spills that we see occur.? Also does Fillmore county require
aerial photos outlining where manure will be applied? EPA has new regulations pending will thes effect the expansion or will the expansion be grandfathered in? Are all wells going to be tested b/4 the permit is given and if given will they be tested on a routine basis at the expense to Johnson rolling acres?
