How will our water supply be monitered and who do we report spills that we see occur.? Also does Fillmore county require
aerial photos outlining where manure will be applied? EPA has new regulations pending will thes effect the expansion or will the expansion be grandfathered in? Are all wells going to be tested b/4 the permit is given and if given will they be tested on a routine basis at the expense to Johnson rolling acres?
