After 'listening' to the 911 tapes, if this was an accidental shooting, the only wounds Jeremy would have suffered would have been the gunshot. If he has a broken neck and stab wounds, someone got their stories mixed up in a big way. You can panic when someone gets hurt and run away, but you don't inflict more harm, you render aid if anything. My heart breaks for his Grandma Francine.

the tape is true..what the public is reading is not. and its sad. Korey is a sick man to those who know what really happened.i hope he rots in prison, and its sad his kids have to grow up knowing him through a piece of glass..Came to go hunting huh korey? wierd you didnt have one hunting rifle with you. last time i checked you couldnt shoot game with an ak and a bunch of hand guns..Your a POS and i have no sympathy for you what so ever.

Korey is changing his story as of last sunday. tryin to plead insanity..when indeed it was a plot to kill.As soon as i get the go ahead i will make sure to come back and tell the real story of what happen.

I thank god everyday my bestfiend and mom were gone and dad made it out without getting hurt. For jeremy and his grandma im very sorry for your loss..justice will come for you and my family

Doesn't the uncle have a son who has been investigated for illegally killing animals and operating a taxidermy buisness without a liscense in the Enumclaw area?

I am Cory's cousin, I have know him all my life, threw both good and bad times. I have supported him through the birth of many beautiful babies, and cried with him while putting one to rest. Cory and I grew up together, and it is very confusing, on one hand I hate him for what he’s done, on the other I am so sad for the man he once was, for his sons, for all of us who have been drug into his nightmare.
Everyone asks me what was Cory thinking, or why would he do this? How the hell am I supposed to know? Sometimes people do things that there are no explanations for. I have seen countless news stories where relatives, friends, neighbors, and coworkers tell reporters that the serial killer they knew was a decent and kind person. That they could never do such a thing…but the truth is in the end they did do what ever horrible thing they were accused of. I do not think as humans we are equipped to deal with this kind of event in our own lives and it is more comfortable to just deny any of it as truth.
This awful event has torn our whole family apart. For all you who want to beat people up with your opinions should realize the kind of hell the three families involved have gone threw in the last few weeks. This is not easy for any of us, and all of us loose.
Many people lost a friend, a cousin, a son, a big brother, and a father...and it, in its own way, has been a life sentence for all of us that none of us asked for. The rest of us, the countless people this crime touched, are left with broken hearts and fractured families are stuck dealing with the reality of the situation which means none of our lives will ever be the same again.
All you people can say what you want, but the reality is that Cory is in jail because they have plenty of evidence to hold him there. Do you really think the state arrests, tries, and convicts people based solely on other peoples accusations? If that was the case we would have more jails than schools.
Lets get a grip folks, they must have supporting evidence to keep Cory charged with these horrible acts and locked in a cage. Technology is a great thing, and I am sure that DNA and physical evidence will tell the story of what happened.
Lets all remember that a young man lost his life, and spending our time talking about rather Cory is guilty or not does not change the facts. The truth will come out in the trial; the physical evidence will come out in the trial, and all the bickering you people are doing back and forth is silly and a waste of time.
The victim had family and friends that loved him, Cory has family and friends that love him...we do not need to keep rehashing half ass facts and conjecture because it just hurts the people who are left. Is there some reason people feel the need to keep pouring salt in their wounds?
Instead of spending time being vicious for your own entertainment, maybe you should think about doing something nice for the people who are left to pick up the pieces. One man is dead, one family is homeless, one man is in jail and there are dozens, if not hundreds of other people hurting. Do we really need to keep hurting each other? The people you are yelling at are hurting just like you, when the truth comes out, no matter what the truth is, we are all still broken.

I have known Corey, his uncle, and his cousin for a number of years and this whole thing just blows my mind.i have always known corey to be a kind, caring hard working father, never could picture him doing something like this.he has always been there when i needed a friend,he always had work i could do when i needed money,he was kind of like a big brother. and i dont get why all of this ended up at Ron's house of all people, I've always known ron to be a good person and by the way corey always talked of his uncle and cousins this is the last thing could ever think of corey bringing to his uncles house. i can keep wondering what really happened but it wont get any body anywhere, all we can do is wait and listen. meanwhile my thoughts and my heart go out to corey's girl friend and boys who dont get to be with dad on the holidays and i feel for Ron and his family too.

One thing to be thankful for. We think of him every day. To know someone is gone for good, that their last thought was confusion and surprise that someone they trusted was purposefully killing them, that has got to be a pain worse than any. The only thing that can make me feel for Cory is what I read about his mother. I am sorry he was mistreated. Jeremy's mom happened to adore him, but had to leave when she was only in her 30s (cancer). At least he's up there with her. That's all we can all think at this point, he is with his mom and his dad, both of whom loved him so much and are now able to be with him again. We're sorry we couldn't be there for you more, Jeremy, and kept you away from people like this.

Why don't you do us all a favor and jump off the nearest cliff. You have no idea what you are even talking about. Clean up you your own back yard before you decide to get involved with someone elses.
