Not saying that I agree with either one, but the Bible says to respect our leaders. 1&2 Samuel state that. Whether you agree it not. And I'm not a fentress county sheep buddy I'm Christ's sheep always will be. My life is for Him 100% no one else. My job is to carry out His word on earth.

More sarcasm,I see. I make my own decisions, with the help of God,and follow no one. I use common sense, and facts to also help me make decisions. I have friends that are polar opposite of me politically, but I still consider them my friends. I find that it is not good to be angry at people just because we differ in opinions.Unfortunately, not everyone believes it.Have a great evening.

I have lived in big towns with a lot of jobs available, and have found that there are even bigger problems there.Drugs run rampant, along with gang issues, and other violent crimes. The places I have found that have less problems are the towns that ask for Gods help, and try to lead a good Christian life.Employment opportunities, programs that keep the youth active in positive things, and such can help some, but do not be fooled that it will cure all our problems.Leaving God out of our schools, and much of our society is the bigger problem.

But I think I'm going to change my Post name to Phillistine.
All this Prayer group Bullshit is a mockery.
You and your kind support the vary ones that I think have made the
drug problem worse.
To many Important people have looked the other way for too long
From the Judges ,to District Attorneys,To the court Clerks.
Get caught, Then let go, Just pay your fine at the Courthouse.
Follow the money; You know I'm right.
And now you want to give them a 10 million dollar church.
Bullshit.
They think there going to make money on this.
Bullshit again.
To Quote a line from the Movie Cold Mountain;
"THEY made the Weather and then they look outside and say Shit, it's raining!
Wake up G.H.
Wake up Sheep!!

Hahahaha I live in Jamestown. But none of the "leaders" rule me. I go by the bible mot by what people say. Yeah, I pray cause it works. I've had issues in my own life that only God could've done. Why down people? He's the only one that knows us and what we truly want. For those that fake it, its not my place to say anything. They'll get much punishment on judgement day. By our true judge. It doesn't mean what town or country your from. And I'm nit Jamestown's "sheep" because I don't work for Jamestown, I work for God. My heart and mind is in the right place, no I'm not perfect, but I try my hardest to do the right thing in God's eyes no one else's. I've had family members strongly in drugs ripping the family apart and now he's a changed guy and has a strong heart for God. People should spend less time bashing others and concentrate a little more on themselves.

Since the Jc is already coming dont think prayer will stop it,especially prayers that dont get very high.I dont know why God was brought into this discussion.i dont think God would want the poor to have to pay more for something we cant afford and dont need. There is a difference between a need and a want.GH,thanks for the kind words about mom.She was killed in a car wreck about 5 years ago and is sadly missed by many.I have to talk to her in a different way now but she still chastizes me when i need it(which is quite often).I was very blessed to have had a good mother that prayed in earnest and without ceasing. She would most certainly pray for those those that abuse drugs as well as theives.Doubt her praying for a new JC.Have a good day and help a poor person each day.

Sorry, but even our Forefathers prayed in public many many times. To do as you suggest is to go against Gods will.Doesn't the Bible suggest to all Christians to pray unceasingly?

If the people of Fentress county prays,God may decide to heal this county. But the bottom line is that the "people" of Fentress county gets truly serious, and God will work miracles. If they do not get serious then we will need a JC,and probably in the near future,a bigger one. God wants us to use common sense, and common sense says build, and if the people gets serious, then we can change it to a true Inn.And as I have said before,God tells his people to adhere to the laws of the land. And the laws say the present jail is in violation of said laws.
The law of the land says no prayer in school. How has that worked out?Dont seem to have done well.God says to pray without ceasing and yet people cant have prayer in school.Who do you serve,God or the law of the land?Do you pay your tithes from your gross income or pay them after the government gets their share?Do you even pay tithes?I have seen people all my life walk around saying they were saved and are a Christian yet would take your last dime, talk about you like a dog,and treat people bad even to the point of child molestation. They say they are saved because God saved them a long time ago. They are saved alright.Saved from ever seeing Heaven and doomed to an eternity of life in a true Hell!I think they should be strung up from a high tree by their penis until it pulled every gut in their body out and they fell to earth and bleed to death before God gives them what they deserve.God dont let me get started on them people!

No law has kept me from praying in school or anyone else, I'd love to see them try to make me stop.
