Typical Cell phone user. I hope they burn this guy. Probably not though. A million people have to die at the hands of cell phone drivers before legislatures make it illegal. With these five people that leaves how many left before these fat taxpayer pizza eating legislatures make the ban?

No, he's not a typical cell phone user. Most cell phone users don't drive drunk. This guy's kids died because the fool was driving drunk. The fact that he's was using his cell phone is merely incidental.
