Even as Shane Ragland admitted in court yesterday to firing the sniper's bullet that killed University of Kentucky football player Trent DiGiuro in 1994, he subtly shook his head, as if to say no.

And just minutes after Ragland pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter in Fayette Circuit Court -- a surprise plea deal that will make him a free man on Thursday -- his attorney was telling reporters that he still says he's innocent.

Ragland only admitted guilt, his attorney said, because the judge required him to do so. Read more

What a JERKO - always has been, always will be. I guess he will live off of his dadi's small fortune now....
