Some of us in Versailles would like to have more things here to do and would love to have a wal mart. I thank we the people of the town should be able to vote on whats done with the land farther more it would do us a lot of good to have more business and things to do it would keep our children out of trouble and give us some more job opportunities.I personally thank it would save alot on gas.

Yes,I agree with you.I've lived here for 33 years and didnt have anything for us as kids and now my kids dont have anything to do and not much to choise from when it comes to clothing and fun.I believe if things were here for them to do that most of them would be off the streets and off the drugs, and putting jobs in the county for all of us to work.If they care so much for the kids then why not help them?,not all kids are into sports or girl scoots, boy scoots and after school programs doesnt mean they are bad kids. Please help them is what I say and help us parents by putting more jobs in.

Versailles needs growth and change .... but its the old money that runs this city and as long as them same old ones stay in office we the people will continue seeing in Versailles what we see now "NOTHING!"
I would LOVE to see a Wal-mart here ....more restraints ... A movie theater ... If ONLY the old money that runs this town would understand the loss this town takes cause everyone is going to other towns to do there shopping and to eat at family restraints and to go find places that offers family fun.
oh well maybe one day but I dont think I will live to be old enough to see it happen.

(LOL)oh gosh we got a save-a-lot (BIG DEAL *sigh)

I agree that there should be more things for our kids to do, but you sound ignorant demanding a Wal Mart. Support small businesses and mom and pop stores that are run by your neighbors instead of hoping for an international chain to move in and put them out of business.

There are too many WalMarts around already!
