'Amanda's Bill' passes House 97-0

It's going to be hard to find a lawmaker willing to vote against a bill to allow judges to require electronic monitors for some accused of domestic violence.

Congratulations to Mr. Stumbo -- Politics at its lowest ebb. Play to the Political Mama Ross -- Tell the Truth. Your bill did nothing to change judicial discretion to gps the alleged offender. To GPS is no more than convicting the offender without a trial. Vindicate women are out there. GPS both parties or not at all. Quit playing judicial politics with Judges. Politician run legislature and Let Judge's Run thier Courtroom. Thank God for sensible Judges in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Obviously everyone misses the point of Politics a Lost Art. GPS both parties. Women are just as vindicative as men. Stumbo's concept is essentially requires the respondent (the man) to drop everything if the petitioner (woman) enters a business that the man is in and run for the door. Otherwise the respondent should be jailed. Judges have the Judicial Discretion to GPS both individuals. There has been no trial or pretrial agreement in the Nunn Case. Leave Nunn alone Mrs. Ross Sr.

Typical sorry republican post. Will they ever forget that Mr. Stumbo was responsible for ousting their first republican corrupt Governor 'Fletcher" in 32 years.
We democrats are very satisfied with the job Stumbo is doing. That is why we keep electing him. We didn't like the job Fletcher was doing. That's why he was one in and OUT!!!!!!!!!!

There you go again. You all cant' seem to keep politics out of the Judicial System. "Sick" look in the mirror. Our Constitutions' provide for a free and fair trial -- If you ask for it. Apparently you are just as sick as Steve Nunn.

I would not give Greg too much credit for this bill passing. As usual he is always looking for something to get publicity and he has done it again. His past record indicates what he is all about. There will always be some people that support him no matter what he does.

Just another republican sore ass loser. Greg exposed ole Fletcher and he was one in and out. It had been 32 years since the dumb republicans had them a Governor in Frankfort. His name was Nunn. Recall him. He was the one that campaigned he was going to cut the $.03 sales tax. Well he did, he raised sales tax on everything you buy from $.03 to $.05

Greg Stumbo is like country music and is in Frankfort as long as he wants to stay there keeping the dumb republicans honest.
