Why is the water we mccrory citizens pay so much for consistenly dirty? I mean damn we and our children have to drink and bathe in this shit! And if we dont pay the bill the city is so quick to shut it off! I feel that we should pay the bill according to how usable it is to us! That means if is more dirty than clean that month we should pay for the days we can use it and not gag!

The reason the water was brown was because the eletricey that works the pumps was out over the weekend and entergy would not fix it until Tuesday and the generator can only do some much and if you were out yesterday you would see that the city was flushing all the lines to get the water back to where it needs to be.
