If you legalize marijuana we would be able to control it and tax it. why is this a bad thing, of course it would have laws that came with it just like beer, wine, etc. but we are not looking into our natural resources once again and the cops should be looking for meth or herion and pill poopers not marijuana. how can we make something so illegal when god put it on this earth for us to use

They make too much money from it being illegal to make it legal. If it were legal they wouldn't get your car you house nor all the money they get to split up nor would the supposedly get their picture in the paper for being a wanna be hero. I think every time the get a bunch of cash then all the tax payers should get a tax break, after all we are the ones paying their way.

Every man has to make a living some way. I am thinking about taking up either preaching or moon-shining -- maybe taking them up together.

Wait a minute. The last I checked, California was bankrupt and they were laying off 1,000's of state employees. They obviously don't make very good decisions. Probably spending too much time eating sprouts and smoking dope. Why do you think it would be wise to do anything the same way they do???$12 million dollars is nothing to a state that size. Hell that's nothing to Fannin County. I think you have a slanted view of things.

well for starters it would be a great way for our farmers to mack money then you have the taxes then transportation for said product and also were you sell the product would mark it what they wanted to sell for and the last time i checked georgia is not doing that well their selfs with jobs for the public being scarce it would be stupid for us not to be selling or cultivating this product also think of all the medical patients this would help my veiws maybe slanted but we have tried for years with it illegal i mean when we outlawed moonshine we were in a depression and when we maid it legal we got out of the depression im not saying that its all thanks to moonshine but it was a big factor

Get some job in this place, people would have have to resort to make a living.

As far as drugs are concerned, if you don't like them [that's me], don't buy them.

I haven't seen Andy in over 10 years, but he use to be like my lil brother. I'm sorry this happened. I've spent almost 9 years of my life behind bars. He doesn't need nor deserve to be there. He's a good guy. Good luck lil bro.

I've smoked a lot in my past life but 11 lbs is not for personal use!!!! Pot is number one cash crop in every state of the USA, and to many people making money on it to for them to legalize it.

What about the Principal's daughter slinging dope out the apartment while her baby was crying so long the neighbors called "911". Neighbors said " She was walking around trying to sell them "8-balls" before her boyfriend got home and found out she was "methed up"!!!!!!!!!!
