There are some MAJOR issues with this trial where Candace Grams cannot get a fair trial:

*The judge refused to allow in evidence that proved there was financial misconduct on behalf of Sharon Scott because he said it wasn't related to this case. How could it not be?!? The character of the person helping to bring the charges is COMPLETELY relevant! What they don't want is for people outside of the courthouse to know how incompetently everything has been run!

*The DA tried to slip her uncle on to the jury before it was caught. Sure, this was a slip up for the defense attorney to allow him on the jury, but the DA knew exactly what she was doing!

*The DA should have recused herself given her dealings with the appraisal office where she didn't pay fair value on the her property (when is she going to be tried for only paying $62.00 in property taxes - or was she just an innocent victim who really believed $62.00 was the fair value)

*BTW, how many of these tellers that testified in the case can remember checks written and cashed from 3 years ago - yet the confidently said they did. GIVE ME A BREAK. With that good of a memory, I wonder what they wore out of the house on July 8, 2004. Come on, they should remember. The DA is one heck of a great coach.

Mark my words: Candace will be exonerated and the truth is coming out!!! She was set up by a bunch of corrupt liars and all of you politicians who believed the lies can count on the fact that you will be ruined!
