A temporary reprieve from higher taxes until Fairfield County Fools make another try for more of our money. Until then some of us can still eat.

How much more money can be taken away from us for things that should be funded privately. Why do I (meaning the taxpayer) have to pay for everyone elses pet project when I'm trying to feed my family.

How much more do Local, County, State and Federal politicians think the American public can take!!! My property tax went up $50/mo from last years results....that doesn't count the additional sales, state, etc.....etc....! We have to balance our budgets unlike they do...we can't just borrow mo' money! Time for a reality check!

If you can't feed them then why did you have so many?

I could easily feed them, and educate them, and supply them with their needs and wants except for having my money stolen by the government to pass out to everyone else. This abominable attitude taken by so many that they are owed what I earn is just intolerable. When the whole thing crashes I hope the commies starve to death.

It is sad to see that the people of a county can not take some pride in where they live and make a small investment that would have improved and enhanced the place that we call our homes. I just do not understand why we can let these places rot (see downtown Lancaster) and not make an inviting place for business to come "set up shop" and make things even better.

I can feed them. It's the lazy ,non working money sucking deadbeat give me a handout that I'm paying for .And they think it's ok to take away from some one who is raising a family and give it to someone else who think they are entitled to it.I will never vote for any taxes period. They have to make it with what they have. The parks/schools ect. ect. will have to live in a budget or cut it out like I do(When"they" take more).

In Fairfield County, the average homeowner would pay less than $20/YEAR -- that's a nickel a day, folks. In Licking, it's less than $10/YEAR -- less than THREE CENTS a day.
That would be giving up 8-10 bags of potato chips for your kids if you live in Fairfield, about 4 or 5 bags if you live in Licking. Seems to me that folks find their pizza, potato chips, trips to McDonalds, etc., more important than trying to bring tourism into your county, so you might get a job and be able to feed your kids nutritious food!
Keep watching Faux News, eventually, the evil-government tax and spenders will quit paving the road in front of your house.
