Lancaster plans push to pass parks levy in March

It's only been about two months since voters last went to the polls. But Mayor David Smith said the city will soon begin educating voters on the city parks' 0.15 percent income tax renewal levy on March 6. accounts for about $1.3 million of the parks department's $1.8 million annual budget.
