if the gov't spent half the bailout $$$$ on the homeless and hungry in america, they might have taken care of this issue.
they just gave the $$$$ to the rich who don't need it, and probaly will kick some it back in political contribution$.

You're so right.
If it were up to me though, I'd be investigating how to fix those people or somehow coerce them into not being dependent any longer.
