After years of either displaying famous Puerto Rican artists or giving local performers center stage, organizers of the Puerto Rican Parade of Fairfield County finally seem to be finding a balance.

oh...THIS parade is back again.
from what i read and have seen, it would not be so bad if everyone just went HOME when it is over....but no...driving around blowing the horn at all hours, the wacky drunkeness, and of course the criminal element....every year the same song and dance....it is getting tired.

Yes, the parade is back with all the drunks and horn blowing. Sent in the cops. No Insults Here. Just great comments.
