Grabbing headlines is what he's about. Can't he make a name for himself by busting bad guys or does that entail too much work. Anybody can file law suits, but I guess that what lawyers are all about.

Say hello to the next Governor of the Commonwealth. Cooch does whatever he can to ingratiate himself with one group or another, using a court of law as a campaign tool.

This one is supposed to win the favor of those who want to punish banks. The fact that it also might do some good for public employees is an afterthought.

He won't win this one, and I doubt that he really wants to. In any case, in a battle between a moonie-eyed ideologue and a multinational bank, my money's on the bank.
