"The wake of a raid like this is devastating," Garces said. "Mixed-status families get torn apart
when non-criminal members are detained simply because of their immigration status."
So its ok for them to be harboring criminals just beacuase theyre family members!
What dont they get! They came here illegally and brought their criminal family members along with them. TFB!!!
They live in fear everyday BECAUSE they know they have done wrong, these raids are NOT making it worse. THEY KNOW PERIOD!!!!
This group helping them out should be arrested along with them.
My heart dont bleed for liars & sneaks.
If theyre here and working they have further broken more laws.
Its like this "they know" but they dont care about our laws until they get caught. Then they think the laws dont apply to them because we didnt even know they were here. Thats how they think PERIOD!!!
Dont think this invasion hasnt contributed to this recession its what started it!
Our GOV says they only can account for 12 mill here illegally. Only 12 mill LMAO!!
Thats right every hard working American has paid for this in one way or another!
Let the arrests continue, turn in your illegal neighbors!
I pledge ONE, one way ticket back to their homeland!
Help save the USA!

Not only should all illegals caught up in the raids be deported but any American or legal immigrant should also be arrested for harboring illegal aliens. That is the law.
Why is it not being enforced?

You claiming that the family member of the illegals or the humanitarian aid people should be arrested for harboring illegals?

Could it be considered aiding and abetting?

Of course! They knowingly violated the law. Like anybody who commits a crime or conspires to do so they should be held accountable for their actions. If one of your relatives commits a crime and you have knowledge of the crime, harbors them or interferes with the investigation you will be charged. That is of course unless you and/or the criminal is an illegal Hispanic alien.
