Too bad that this article has more errors in it than facts.
My favorite one is the stattement that the DPIC is a "non-partisan group". That by itself is an out and out lie. It is the greatest source of anti-death penalty propaganda around. Very few of its statistics are accurate and the rest are slanted. Example, there were not 112, there were 129.
Most of their statistics cannot be verified, because they use arbitrary cut off dates that cannot be checked. Example, they do not use December 31 for year end figures. They have also come up with their own definitions of terms.
