EPA Charges County with Dihydrogen Monoxide Pollution

Yesterday, under authority of the Clean Water Act, the EPA charged Fairfax County, Virgina with polluting Accotink Creek with Dihydrogen Monoxide. County officials will be required to spend up to $500 million to fix the system that has been allowing DHMO to flow freely into the local waterway.
