I wouldn't have a problem with the this decision to reverse the permanent alimony if the judges would also require the father to take care of the children on Tuesday and Thursday when the child is home sick from school. Why should the mother be the only one who has to take off from work when the children are sick? Also, the father should be required to take the children to all of their after school activities on Tuesday and Thursdays. If you really want to be fair with the removal of permanent alimony , the father should be required to have the children live with him two days out the week and be responsible for getting them to school and homework. If he doesn't want to pay he needs to step up and do some of the work. The father is getting the better deal because he only has to do it two days out the week and the mother can go to work on the same terms as the ex-husband.
