pha-king eerie union pigs have sucked every penny out of that liberal hell hole.
eerie can't do shit without fed or state money.
The patrols, funded with a $10,000 federal grant are expected to continue through November.
What the hell are those overpaid union pigs doing all day?
Franklin said his bureau's proposed $19 million budget allows for essential services, as well as for costs associated with special details and unanticipated large-scale police operations, such as a visit by a political candidate requiring security, that could occur in 2011.
The police bureau, like the fire bureau, has no proposed personnel cuts.
"In these economic times, if we hold our ground and not slide back, we're doing pretty well," Franklin said.
Under Sinnott's proposal, the Bureau of Police budget would increase by $1 million over 2010 levels; the Bureau of Fire budget would increase by about $700,000.
Both increases are largely due to contracted increases in personnel costs.
Salaries alone are expected to increase from $10.5 million to $11.2 million in the police bureau, and from $8.8 million to $9.3 million in the fire bureau.

Everything is closed after 11PM for kids under 18. The only thing they CAN get into is TROUBLE. If you want rights like adults, start acting like one and taking on the responsibility of one.
