At informational forums and community meetings about the Destination Erie regional plan, Fuhrman, the initiative's project manager, often hears it: The same query appears on campaign-style signs that have shown up in front yards and along roads throughout Erie County.

I just saw Ebert Beeman drive into the Blasco Library parking lot in his black Jeep.

"For some people, these are some very deep concerns, and valid concerns. They want to know,'Will this affect my property in a negative way?'" Fuhrman said. "These are legitimate questions to them, and we need to answer them."
Notice how he didn't answer the question with a no?
Why can't he be honest with the public and admit that yes this could affect property owners in a negative way?
