At informational forums and community meetings about the Destination Erie regional plan, Fuhrman, the initiative's project manager, often hears it: The same query appears on campaign-style signs that have shown up in front yards and along roads throughout Erie County.

Notice how he didn't answer the question with a no?

Why can't he be honest with the public and admit that yes this could affect property owners in a negative way?
