Erie man wants probation reprieve
More than two decades ago, an Erie County judge sentenced Charles Edward Fiero to state prison followed by 29 years probation that the judge said was designed to ensure oversight of Fiero until he was a "very old man."

I remember when that happened. Why cant they give these criminals these days sentences like. If this would have happened now. He would have got 3 months county in a plea deal

no it this happen today half 90% of the charges be dropped by the
Then a plea arrangement- he would get 5 days in jail
and no probation and of course have a public defender
and would not pay the court cost...
Then he would cry how he was mistreated by all
