DA to seek death penalty in slaying of woman at Erie's Highpoint Towers
The Erie County District Attorney's Office today said it will seek the death penalty against James L. Duncan, the 32-year-old Erie resident accused of fatally stabbing Nikkia Sawyer in June at Highpoint Towers, where both were tenants.
