erie and tourism is booming, the airport is bustling, the obam economy is skyrocketing... so why the robberies ?

Went into the Family Dollar at the Perry Plaza a few months ago. Security tickets on every single item. From gum to paper towels! Gee, why haven't I seen that in the dollar stores in Warren or Townville?
