You're seriously equating a Catholic university with a yacht dealership?

Simple solution, if the property is declared "tax exempt" simply raise the lease rate to reflect the lost taxes and then make an in-kind payment to the taxing bodies. If the marina operator doesn't like it he can move his facility to a lerta zone in union city.

How the f**k do you come up with that?

Gannon should be paying a few hundred thousand in taxes and yet the school district and joe donuts are making a big deal about the boat sales place and a marina. That's the point you needed explained to you? Maybe you went to Gannon.
