Major Developer Gets Five Million Dollar Tax Break
Despite objections from County Executive Poloncarz saying it was a waste of taxpayers' money, Uniland Development has received $5 million in tax breaks to build a new $46 million headquarters for Catholic Health on a vacant piece of land on Genesee Street in downtown Buffalo.

Looks like a no brainer. Jobs construction, jobs internally , jobs secondary to the Catholic System and support businesses and restaurants and other services.
