The Poarch Band "leadership" could all land in jail for violating various federal laws relating to desecration of burial sites; allegedly defrauding state and federal government in obtaining grants to pay for the Hickory Ground land; alleged failure to comply with BIA land trust procedures and many other alleged "violations" ... the Muscogee Nation will prevail. JUSTICE will be done.

The Poarch Band will also have to answer to how
they have allegedly "influenced" members of the Alabama Indian Affairs Commission by allowing only
two Alabama tribes to be "state recognized" in 30 years! One "state recognized" tribe in south Alabama has zero history as a tribe prior to 1980 and has received over $100 million in Department of Defense(DOD )contracts the last 10 years. It is long past time to bring this group of "conastee" into the sunshine. Those who have broken the law should pay the price. This is only the "tip of the iceburg". Some say that Poarch Band money controls state government through contributions to "elected officials" and lobbyists. Stay tuned.
