CU should change the existing policies. They are a state institution and should be held accountable. The state laws currently on the books permits the carry of concealed firearms on public campuses other than K-12. By banning concealed weapons on campus CU is violating not only the Colorado state law but fringing upon the 2nd amendment of everyone that attends CU. They should be held accountable and fined for every day they enforce the current policy until they change it to align with the state statute.
