wild guess...You'll be blaming it on city council for not having bike trails to the coliseum...or because their sign ordinance limited the concert's exposure.

It's not that EP won't pay for the tickets, it's just that promoters are not marketing enough, nor properly. A little bit of TV ads would work, instead of relying on 2 billboards, and the What's Up? publication.

What Lou - are you going to blame it on "Mexico Light" again? Is it because we don't speak English? Is it because we are not as All-American as Chicago with our "St. Patty's Parade and Cicilian pizza" that we can't support an STP concert? It certainly has nothing to do with the fact that STP's prime was in the 90's, does it? Did the rest of the cities on the tour that we postponed have a language-barrier or cheapness problem too - or does El Paso's reach just go that far? I realize that it is your schtick to be the angry-self-loathing-city-that- made-you-hating guy on KLAQ but at least but the blame where the blame is due.

As a band, you pay your dues by performance. Wouldn't it be nice if you could just sell records (used to be vinyl albums of only 1 hit song for $10) and not have to go on tour??? Talk about nirvana!!!

Yeah, they have had a couple of memorable singles, but that is it. If they don't want to play here, then don't expect us to buy the music!!!

Yeah, blame Scott Weasel for it. He got drunk. If the band was smart, they could get a cooler, better, smarter singer. And then they wouldn't have to cancel concert dates. It is a biz, isn't it????

Hey Lou, You sux and same goes for that station u worked 4.
Folks always compare 915 to big cities, but the pay here is like Fabens.

U know what I mean.

Street Fest will have STP play next year.

Not just El Paso... remember Linkin Park Cancel in Albquerque? People are 'cheap' just lower incomes - seems greedy on the bands' part....

There will be a miraculous recovery for the band now and they will start playing on the other side of EP. Poor EP. Get the middle-of-the-week dates while the groups play big cities on the weekend dates. Always been this way and always will be.

How is it that a great man and vocalist like Ronnie James Dio is stricken with stomach cancer, then later succumbs to it, yet an alcoholic junkie like Scott Weiland is given chance after chance after chance? God is an a/s/s backwards thinking individual!

Don't hold your breath on this rescheduling...this is probably the end of STP as I saw them in Houston on 9/19 and while they put on a good show, they went through the motions and at the end Dean walked off stage. Definitely a lot of tension on stage and Scott has worn out his welcome back to STP. I am very sad to see this since I love this band.

Too cheap to buy tickets? Yeah, cause spending $45 a ticket for a band that hasn't had a hit in years is how I want to spend my money. Maybe if they had a decent supporting act but $45 to see one band? Gimme a break...

This couldn't be Lou "Napoleon Complex" Romano. Even a simpleton like Lou, who dumped on El Paso before he left town a decade ago, then returns with his knuckles dragging on the floor like a neanderthal after being laid off from a place that had greener grass would make such a stupid statement. Oh wait, he works part-time for KLA-SNOOZE so maybe it is him.

Shame on you Lou!!
