I know this man, and I was abused by him several years ago. By time I had the sense and the courage to come foreward, it was too late. I have been waiting almost a decade for this man to be caught and I am glad that he is finally off the streets.

Liar. You are a liar. Do not make a mockery out of this. You are a God-forsaken liar, who finds child molestation a laughing matter. Liar.

I just wonder why it took these girls 12 rwelve years to report this. Now that is strange.Where is the evidence,, word of mouth will not convect this man of these charges.I wonder if this is a huge bunch of B.S. Maybe he caught these two doing something and they want to get even...Sence there is really no law in Effingham County anymore.Oh they ride around in their cop cars but is there really any law, because there is no order in this country, its a country of laws but no order.

for any person to come forward in a case like this takes alot of courage...therefore, do not call someone a liar because they finally found the strength to come forward and tell someone, this is a devastating situation for anyone of any age, no matter how long it takes to report it. I think these girls are brave and I feel for them as well as their families. Do not criticize someone for trying to do the right thing, unless you've been in their situation. We have laws in this county and I believe they are following the rules in this investigation. Let them do their job.

Now, how on earth would you know what happened to me? I knew this man for many years and I was a family friend. In fact, I went this tuesday to share my story agian with the investigators working the case. I would never think that this is a laughing matter, in fact I have been living in fear for 10 years of what would happen if I came forward. It is people like you who don't believe the victim that makes it hard for people to go to the police. I hope you change your attitude about this because you may have children one day that (God forbid) may need to talk about something that has happened to them. I hope that you will make yourself available and sympathetic in such a case.

I hope he gets death row. Anyone who does things like this to children deserve the worse punishment we can offer.

I think that anybody that has been convicted of molestation should be given capital murder. The reason for this is because no one should be forced to give up there innonence no matter if you are a virgin or experienced. Rape is Rape and the person that does things like that should be giving life in prison without parole. Any one suffering from this take your time grieving get as much counseling as you may want to experience. If you feel you cant trust a man then o well be it. This is something you cannot get over in such few years.

You guys are only believing what the media reports tell you to believe. I know this family. Apparently, he was (allegedly) molesting members of HIS OWN FAMILY. The whole thing about "former students" was said to protect the girls in his family who were the actual victims. Don't believe everything you read, people.

Its so hard to believe all this and I am by NO MEANS calling anyone a liar because I was not in that situation but I do know him personally he was my teacher in 8th grade and he always talked to me about things I was upset about an 1 day I told him I was goin to run away and he told me to call him. I'm glad I never did.
