Anyone who has ever been addicted to anything from meth to chocolate knows, you can not force a person to change. That changes happens when/if they want it to, not before. You think jail is keeping them off drugs? Man are you dreaming, The guards bring the sh$t in and sell it. to the imates to supplement their low wages. Do a suprise inspection with the drug dogs and see who comes up dirty. It is a waste our money.
no shitt it happens every where, just recently in albuq, there was a correctional officer who took urine samples from people that were in probation and he ould ask them if they were dirty before the sample was taken and he would put in clean urine for so much money, but it finally cought up with him and got caught, also in prison the drugs smuggle in dope and cigarettes and liqour, for the inmates, the guards dont get paid that good a salary, so they have to also do something to make more money, it is illegal schemes but the system is the one to blame for all the shittt that goes on , no one else, and everybody has a job to do, you have the cops that does the arresting, then the jailers that do the imprisonment, the lawyers that do the defending and the prosecuting, and the judges that do the sentencing, well just take a look at the money figures this 5 individuals make, cops, jailers, lawyer, prosecuter, judge,, you can rest assure one of them doesent make enought money so thats where the bribery monoply comes in the picture.plain and simple.

I haven't been around much, but I don't know of too many drug rehab programs that can keep a drug addict from re-offending after only 21 days. If you read the police blotter, most people get 7 to 10 days in jail. The ones who get 90 days almost always have their sentence deferred to just a few days. Unless the county hires some supernatural drug counselors, I don't see it doing anyone any good except for the ones sentenced to 364 days in the county jail.
. It takes like 30 says to change a habit maybe up to 66 but atleast 30 days If u are focused and dedicated .21 days is rediculus. So they get out being almost cured but not strong enuf to turn it down. Come on If ur gona do sonething with tax payers money do it right. Its a waste do atleast 30 days
