Affidavit: Man in chase rams deputy's vehicle
An 18-year-old Odessa man was charged with aggravated assault of a public servant after, court documents state, he led Ector County Sheriff's deputies on a high speed chase and the purposefully collided with a sheriff's deputy vehicle to avoid arrest.
