This crash was absolutely devistating. The plane was making a turn, and then the engine stopped and then it went spinning in a nose dive. I saw the entire thing. I heard a crash and then smoke followed.

This is absolutely devistating. I just found out. I had worked at Old Rhinebeck from the late 70's to the early 90's as part of the ground crew. My thoughts and prayers goes out to the pilots family.

As an ex navy Royal Navy pilot who did countless shows like this in Stampe's, Tiger Moths and Chipmunks in England, it is likely that Brian did get into a power/non power spin that would have been difficult to get out of at a couple of hundred feet. I have seen a few of the shows at Rheinbeck and I believe the dog fights take place below five hubdred feet.

The name used by the "gentleman" is indicative of his personal stupidity and low mentality. So I would consider the source of his reply and throw it in the trash immediately.

The name used by this "gentleman" - and I use the term very loosely, is indicative of his personal, juvenile stupidity and low mentality. So to Trish, I would consider the source of this idiotic reply and throw it in the trash immediately.
