accident at sunnycrest manor leaves man paralyzed yet the accident was not reported in the city of dubuques newspaper-is this a result of the Dubuque county board of supervisors influence to keep the story from being brought to the attention of the public or to avoid an osha investigation, the report it self is on record at the dubuque law enforcement center which the telegraph herald visits regularly for newsreporting.
