How can Douglas county claim "the county is now privatizing it" when it's simply being handed over to the city of Reedsport? I thought "privatization" implied a non-government entity. Regardless of what people think of Reedsport City government, it's still "government" and hardly a private entity. Nonetheless, it's a great operation and I'm glad it'll still be available to those who need it.
