I have followed up on this case over years and am not surprised Dale Wayne Hill is fighting extradition to Oregon State. He has been clever enought over the years to plot a defense by not testifing. He has petitioned the court for eviedence found related to the disappearence of 14 year old Stephanie Condon. He also has requested the court for change of name. Hundreds of kidnappings and abductions of children through out America are happening at an alarming rate. It's time for the United States Justice Department to put severe punishment on those found guilty of murdering innocent children.
