Convicted of killing a highly decorated Marine Corps flying ace, Jesse Fanus was the youngest person on Oregon's Death Row when he was sentenced to death in 1999 at age 19.

This decision is absolutely no surprise to anyone who knows anything about her. If you are a criminal all you have to do is mention that you were abused and she would be on your side.
I thought she retired earlier this year, how did she get this case? Usually they do not give a case like this to a judge in "senior status."
